What does Taskmaster do well?

Just pulled him from 4* crystal after AW Szn1. His info is so long ît may as well be considered a novel and it is confusing to me. Can anyone simplify this into English pls?

    He's rly cool, I wish I could get even a 3 star. Basically, wait for his timer to activate "exploit weakness", or use a heavy to activate it instantly. Do the attack that gets called out (this attack the is the same that the opponent last used). Right after using that attack, use another heavy, which will be guaranteed to land, and start another exploit weakness. When duped he will cause concussion by doing this. I would suggest searching up the youtuber pdx, he has some taskmaster vids
