RED hulk SP2 Healing

I know this guy was reworked, and been testing him in AQ for poison path/sentinel killer... what’s the point in sp2 healing? It’s so low it’s not even noticeable and my RH is sig 99 with max healing masteries. Can he be retooled to actually have a healing worth using at the cost of not using SP3 incinerate. Getting to sp2 energy is a quest in itself so it’s not like his healing can be overpowered as at best you’d reach it 2 or 3 times max
