Im not sure if this is a glitch or not but im pretty sure it is, you cant kill mephisto with blades sp3, he will only drop to 1% and you have to wait for the bleed to kill him leaving a chance for mephisto to use a special

Depends on the souls he has.. If he have 1 or more souls he never dies from sp3
