Mordo defense

Mordo is known to be one of the best defensive champions in the game right now, which is great but I feel like he is to good. I don't want to bring about a total nerf to the champ, but I feel like his AI should be worked on. All mordo does is block on defense, and if the person has stand your ground it is tough to heavy and stop his power gain. I think his AI should be worked around so he is a bit more likely to use his first 2 specials instead of saving for the third.

    The game is moving more and more to power lock and power drain. Which makes champs like Hawkeye and Vision useful but it's still tiresome to land a hit against an opponent who plays 100'% defensive like Mordo.

    it happens too with yj, voodoo, hood, agent venom, dormammu , iceman and the three caps.

    I agree 100%, they want us to steal power or power lock our opponent, but when they just block the whole fight it is pretty hard. If he had less of a chance to use his s3, it could be a nice balance. Hyperion is another champion with annoying power gain, but he is much easier to bait out

    Change how you attack him.
    Stay back from him and let him charge you. Right before he gets to you do a light attack and turn it into a 5 hit combo. He can not block or dodge it.
    Won't help for his power gain, but my experience with him using this tacit he becomes more aggressive and will use his sp attack before it gets to 3 bars. Hope this helps

    You should be able to fight every champion in the game no matter what champion you have. Sure it should be easier to use some, but you should not have to have specific champions required to take down a champ.

    This is simply not how the game works when you reach a certain level.

    For example, high tier abomination demands poison immunity.
