Punisher 2099 heavy attack bug

In the uncollected quest against the punisher 2099 I noticed even if you try to evade his heavy attack he slides very far into you and still clips you no matter what. I've been able to dodge his heavy very easily in the past since he's not a hard champion to fight. I've spoken to several alliance members and they've noticed this as well. Please look into this.
