Uncollected Reborn crystal drop rate info missing.

@kabammike What happened to the drop rate info for this crystal? Is it a bug, because the non uncollected version still has it. We all know that you have a .8 chance on the older FGM crystals to get the featured 5*, versus newer ones which .4, did that change???
