Red/green help

I have red and green hulk 4* rank 3, unduped at the moment. Looking to rank one up and having a lot of trouble deciding. What are the stats for them at that level? Pros and cons of each? Any help would be appreciated.

    If unduped rulk for sure he can gain heat charges pretty quickly and at 10 charges it's like 180% extra damage. If and when both are duped it's a toss up. Hulk's is a monster for questing as he takes damage and you can just pop a lvl1 revive and he does awesome damage while a duped rule starts off with 2 charges, but also gains physical resistance and immunity to incinerate damage which makes him a tank that does awesome damage. I had both duped at rank 4, but took hulk to r5 and haven't regretted yet. I also just got a 5* rulk so hoping to dupe him and take him to r3. Hope that help
