Chat Bar Visible in at least one of the Arena Screens

Would be nice to be able to see chat when in at least one of the sections of arena (pre-fight or post-fight... doesn't really matter but it would be nice to have).
Or maybe the best solution would be to make it visible in the champ choice screen as well as basic champ viewing screen. Anyways... I am sure i am not the only one who hates how Arena grind can just block someone out for the day due to not being able to see messages and such (i know I know... they can back out every so often, but would be nice not to have to do that).
