It actives petrify when you heavy a green Sentinel with hyp. Pretty sure the description says activates when they are knocked down by a special.

Thanks for killing my hyp. Yet more BS to contend with.

    They've apparently changed it, then. It used to say knocked down by specials, I'm certain.
