NC still bugged in AW?

I posted about this a couple months ago. It doesn't happen often, but this is the second time which makes me wonder what's up. Enter an NC fight (this time on sp1 mini node), there is no stun immunity or limber contained in the node. I am able to parry stun sometimes (2 or 3 hits possible, I have maxed stupefy) and other times he completely ignores the parry. The parry is awarded (the green word pops up on screen), but he ignores it. What am I missing here besides a full bonus on that fight? :)

    Were you in assassin range. That could turn your parrys off

    Thanks for commenting! No, it was occurring randomly throughout the fight. First parry was good, second one wasn't, etc.

    The first time I experienced this was on a different node (also no immunity or limber), but it was again NC who did it. Which makes me think it's specific to him.Though in that experience (some time ago), he ignored every parry. This time it was more random.
