a way to reserve spots for people in war

Hello, i recently created a new alliance to experience how it is building one from the ground up. Since we're just starting out, i have to limit the war bgs to 1 or 2 battlegroups. The problem is, we have a few members who don't have Line/can't install Line due to it being blocked in their country. And these people join war despite us telling them not to join unless they have Line. What ends up happening is they keep going the wrong way in war. Now i don't want to kick these people because they are useful to us in other aspects such as arena grinding, AQ, donations, etc. But it would be a huge help if officers were able to make a reserved list for players in battlegroups to ensure that only the right people are able to join wars.
