i keep losing streaks because the game wont continue after i finish a fight. Kabam gets to punish me afterwards on fights that i won. Kabam please fix the arena bug

Good luck with that. I lost my streak 3 times during the Carnage arena. I would win a fight and it would never get past the end animation, just spin forever. Log back in and even though I won, it has e the fight to the AI. Several times it wouldn't even let me fight. It would spin at the word continue before fight started.....guess what? It would give the fight to the AI. Never once did I get the crash recovery system to allow me to fight over. Kabam......what's the problem????

It's not just arena. It's happened to me before also the circle at the bottom right just spins and spins and no way to do anything unless you force close the app. You come back and lost the fight. If it happens in AQ you come back and lost half your health and they're back at full health.

This is a problem across all game modes. In quest modes, it takes away half your health sometimes, which sucks, but you can usually get past it. In arena however, you just lose. No refunds, just a loss. Even though you won. Winning = Losing. Got that? Cuz I sure don't. I'm still not sure why these bugs go unnoticed by Kabam until half of us have had the same problem and complained about it. Maybe some tests before each update, like any tests at all, could prevent these bugs. But no, we just get screwed in Arena, lose health in Quests, and spend 5 minutes staring at the loading logo and begging Kabam for mercy before we give up and take an unearned loss.
