AW master map - node 35

Is there any problem with node 35 in master map (regular attack do no damage but special attack do 400% damage)?
most times when i use special attack of champ that control power like magik's sp2 and GR's sp2, it doesn't do any damage.
first time was few weeks ago with GR against Morning Star. i saved for sp2 but there was no damage.
last war i used magik against hyperion. i used sp2 5 times. every time it locked\steal his power but 2 out of 5 times she didn't make any damage.
i asked few friends in my alliance if they noticed it too and they said it happens to them almost every time but only with champs that control power.

using iPhone 7, most recent version of iOS
also used a 10% boost and AW 33% power boost.
