Duped Iron Fist armor breaks not stacking

My R4 duped iron fist occasionally is not stacking armor breaks; it will just refresh the armor break. Sometimes it stacks as it should, sometimes it doesn't. As if he wasn't already nerfed and broke as a joke since 12.0. Anyway here's another bug that needs to be addressed.

    Don't think this is a bug, his signature ability armour break will stack, the armour break that he has even unduped is the one that refreshes the timer. It's just that both types appear as the same debuff.
