Infinity Bundle Crystals Not Appearing in Account

Good Afternoon -
I just recently purchased the Infinity Bundle, Ultimate Infinity Bundle and Legendary Infinity Bundle BUT the crystals nor have the resources been updated on my account. The money for the 3 bundles have already been removed from my bank account.
Troubleshooting I have done
1) Closed out of game and restarted game
2) Restarted my iphone
3) Deleted game and reinstalled
Can you please help me in this matter? If someone can help with my purchase of these bundles.
