11M Gold 2 Map 5 alliance willing to consider a group

So I've been posting about looking for 1 or 2 members since end of last War season and I finally just took a few minutes to look through the recruiting forums and realized.... There are about 100 alliances looking for 1 or 2 members... AW season ending hit us all hard. Kabam Sentinels made it worse...
Below is my recruiting post, which still applies to what we're looking for. The difference is now I'm realizing there are probably alliances who got hit worse than we did with the changes and members are left looking for a home for a group of people they know and are friends with... I sure as heck know I've created friendships with my alliance in my time playing.
To that, we are willing to bring on a small group of such friends, provided they meet the below requirements/personality. We will put you all into the same Bg. I'm open to the size of the group, but it has to be smaller than 10 people.
Our previous recruiting post:
Active and mostly adult alliance. We peaked at Gold 2 rank 150 last season then struggled as some vets got stressed and didn't want to keep up. They retired and left us with a large core that was pretty close to Gold 1 last season and want to achieve that goal this coming season. We're looking for 2 more like minded players that are skilled, active, and mature.
Us:
AQ 5x5. Expert tier 100k+. We placed 2100 first sentinel fiasco week.
AW Gold 2 Tier 6/7 right now. Looking to get back to a Tier 4/5 alliance and hit Gold 1 next season. Current rating is 1437
130/30/12 donations. No event minimums, but we hit item use and completion anyways. We expect you to use items to get your lanes done if you need to. We are US based, so hours in line with that is ideal.
You:
4500+ prestige. Beyond that, I will take a good player over high prestige any day. Active, good at communicating, team player.
