The border is glowing green

The border of one of my characters is glowing green?
It is a 4 star r4 guillotine

    It's cos you have added sig levels or ranked the champ while it's in a quest of aw or aq

    Same thing with me. And I have not ranked, leveled, or signatures the champ in ages. 4/40 Nightcrawler - wasn't glowing green last night when I placed champs in war - but is glowing green this morning. And all I did between was sleep

    Kabam is changing PI levels of our champs.

    I noticed this morning 3 of my champs i had placed in war had a green FLASHING glow around them. Never seen it flash before. I did not add a sig stone or increase the champs in anyway since last night.

    After seeing that i noticed a bunch of my champs pi had magically increased (some by a lot) overnight. Guess whatever they did to Miles a few weeks ago to temporarily lower its pi was reversed on others last night.
