Sometimes when im fighting nameless fighters, i beat them without them ever hitting me. But when they are suppose to die, i am the one who dies with 100% energy.

Are you fighting nameless (King Groot)?.. He swaps health bars with you every 10 seconds for 4 seconds.. When he's low on health you have to watch out for that swap..
