Masteries

I am planning on getting despair, deep wounds, enfeeble, and assassin.
How useful are each of these and in what order should I get them?

Deep wounds and assassin are pretty much a must have in my opinion. I have 4/3 points respectively and could max both with saved units but I'm holding out for an uncollected run.

I don't know what enfeeble does without logging in but if its the mastery that reduces defensive abilities/regen under stun then get that too.

It would help if you screen shot your current mastery setup and your top champs and post it here so others can critique.

I run 1,5,5 and love it, if your low on units or building on a budget, I would go 1 in each and max assassin then deep wounds
