Proxima can hit 400k with special, great! Why Nerf scarlet witch, Thor and DS then?

it takes some doing to get her to 400k specials. Thats only if shes duped and can finish all missions under 100 hits. Most fights will never last 100 hits unless you are running some act 5 missions. LOL limits you to 50k so doesn't do much good there.

it requires this awesome thing called SKILL to play with Proxima Midnight and use her like a beast. no skill required for old SW. this argument to un-nerf champs is so utterly irrelevant

Thor doesn't deal that kind of damage anyway, neither did SW. DS was never OP. It's just that they wanted them to be nerfed so they did it. Especially DS. Some skill was needed to work those cycles

One specific Ability that requires skill and a specific set of circumstances is not the same as the reasons for those nerfs. Totally different scale.

Don't un-nerf SW. But can bring back completely killed DS to some level, isn't it? Covering up the mess with synergies (Mephisto) isn't a good strategy, that's some lazy piece of work.

But with mephisto synergy we are almost talking GR level healing per hit. Still not what he was obviously but definately an awesome healer with it.

You would think they would make the avengers more prominent just because of their popularity. It would be to their marketing advantage. It took skill to play SW and Thor because they couldn’t take a hit. Sw, DS and Thor shouldn’t have been nerfed.

I'm not suggesting things go back to the way they were and SW is still kicking ar double5 for me but adjustments to those hit hardest by 12.0 is an argument worth exploring in a 5 and 6* world.

SW's, DS's and Thor's nerfs were necessary because all 3 of those champs required almost no skill to be good. Proxima Midnight requires mantaining a high combo count, which most players cannot do.

Why would you grind/buy crystals for new champs if the old ones are OP?
