Un-Nerf... But add minor mechanics to older champs. Keep buffing the underpowered as well.

Thor is the only example I'll give right now.
Parry is a skill. He can't just stand and block while regenerating or build charges but his parrying should be rewarded a little more.
3 armor breaks should exist. His heavy could do something special. If he misses a parry, he can also lose an armor break.
One cool idea I've had for Thor since his nerf, increase his attack dmg for every armor break on a scale. If he can go to 10 like with Poise charges, make each stack significant.
Just make all players a little more excited about opening their hard earned crystals (and getting random drops) or grinding for those basics in arena.
