Address current gameplay issues when doing refresh

Are y'all looking into fixing the current ai issues during the refresh? There's no reason why the same path in aq day 1 and 2 can be run without taking damage but days 3-5 kills. I've seen it all- attacks whiffing, specials not activating, computer light attacks through blocks, if the block even holds, being attacked while opponent is still on the ground and parry activated but no stun or movement impairment. It's always been day 5 you expect nothing to work but now it's day 3 on.

    Why is it you think they aren't working on issues? You realize that just because you say whats "happening" doesn't mean they can just fix it on a whim. Do you have any video's of what you are experiencing? Do you have screenshots of what's happening? Did you provide your device info and operating system? How is you expect them to know what to fix when you give them nothing to work with? Either help them as much as you can with providing detailed information or don't post complaint posts entirely.

    Seriously? This game has to be played perfectly at elite levels and you want me to waste resources on media recordings that thousands of people​ complain about. It's the only major game that shuts down for 2 hrs plus weekly and never gets fixed. They won't try until enough people advise them, it worked for the new aq sentinel, hopefully the rest of the game.

    This is exactly what is wrong with this community. If you car isn't working do you just take it in and say nothing and expect them to know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it? There are so many posts saying fix this and fix that with nothing that can help the dev team get pointed in the right direction. A simple explanation of what you are experience and at the very least, info about the device you use. How are they supposed to know what to look at platform wise if you can't even provide that basic info? Do they look at IOS or andriod. If its andriod, what device. Theres only 100's of devices they have to try and duplicate the experience on.
    You aren't helping anything by posting your issues on there other than taking up space on the forum. I wouldn't want to help you either.

    It's a great thing I used to be a car mechanic and still travel for repairs because that's exactly what people say "that's/it's not working". If you had read my post, you'd know that giving extra info would be pointless since my phone doesn't phone it's day 3-5 of aq. It doesn't matter if it's Android or p-OS, neither of them know it's day 3-5 of AQ. So again, your interjection is pointless and wasted both our times. Since you can't help, you shouldn't have commented. So next time before you make a response that negates what a player is asking, that apparently doesn't affect you, don't.

    Here’s video footage of lag from today’s AQ. It’s so bad it’s laughable. I use an IPhone7 with 100+ MBs/second internet (Spectrum). Alliance mates have said lag has been terrible from them as well, both iOS and Android users. You’d think a service that makes $54-55+ million dollars a year could manage to sustain functional internet servers.

    Hi all! The best place to check for updates about current bug issues are the relevant threads as we do our best to update everyone when we have more information!

    If you're experiencing lag, unresponsive controls or performance problems, then you can help us out by adding to this thread for Android and this one for iOS with the template provided on the top post.

    If it's a different bug, then be sure to check out the Bugs and Known Issues section of the forum and make a thread there if you can't find one. Again, please use the bug report template provided in this thread here so we can collect all the relevant information to send on to the team!
