Is it legal to use Contest Of Champion on Bluestacks??

I want to know that is it legal to use bluestacks for Contest of Champion. Because Bluestacks is the only way i can play Contest of Champion.

    Playing the game with Bluestacks is against TOS because it can be used to modify the game.

    Bluestacks is an Emulator used for PC. It's against the rules because the game can be modified by it, and the only approved method for PC is using an actual Chromebook that is capable of downloading Apps through Google Play.
