Not getting rift completion rewards

I completed a tier 3 rift and did not receive my tied 4 rift shards. I had to submit several ticket only in the end you tell me it's a 1 hour times event and I did not complete it. I got a **** 1* box and no tier 4 rift shards....I know I completed it cuz I had to buy an energy refill to complete it cuz its 4 energy a tile!!! This is completely unsatisfactory
