Rogue level up error

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have a 4 star rogue rank 3. On level 29 she has a hero rating of 2807 upon rank 30 max the rating went down to 2482. How does this happen? Someone from Kabam explain please. And no I don't have any mods or hacks on my game or iPhone.

    Did you change up masteries at all? Or maybe she had synergies in a game mode and you were looking at that? If not one of those, then I've got no idea.

    No mastery changes I was in the upgrade champions screen in the middle of leveling up with ISO 8
