Guillotine Bug

I haven't seen anyone else mention it, but lately I've experienced a bug with Guillotine where the first 2-3 hits in a 5-hit combo will actually push the opponent out of range for the last few attacks. I've even seen it happen with her L1 special, where the first strike knocks the opponent back so far that the second hit misses. That long reach that used to be one of her major advantages is now becoming a major hindrance, especially in AQ and AW.

Guillotine used to be a go-to boss killer for me, but now she's inconsistent at best, and virtually unusable at worst.

Is anyone else getting this, or is it just me? Because this is really reminding me of last years whiffing bug that made half the characters in the game useless.
