MODOK's Heavy Attack Counted As Physical Contact

This may be something small that isn't that big of a deal but recently when I was playing around with my 4* MODOK I was fighting a 4* Electro; and for those who may not know, Electro deals back a small amount of damage for any hit he receives that makes physical contact.

So when I decided to use my heavy attack on him, it was dealing damage back to me. This just didn't seem right to me considering MODOK's heavy consists of 4 hits coming from fire he releases from his chair that also deal incinerate/energy damage over time. I was just confused on how the fire he releases from his chair would count as physical hits when other attacks that are projectile based or even release some form of attack that isn't part of the character has no effect on the static shock damage Electro deals back.

Like I said previously, this isn't really a big deal nor is it something game breaking, but just wanted to bring it to the attention of Kabam. I understand they have alot on their plate with all the technical bugs in the game, but I believe in order to enforce the big changes and have people recognize it, they also need to acknowledge and make the small changes in the game as well.

    It is a physical contact attack, due to not being a projectile attack.
    Same thing happens with hyperion sp2
