My 5* stark spiderman will not evade at all, is anyone else having this issue????

he only evades special attacks most of the time,sometimes he evades at random attacks too.

Yes, as @brutaldl mentions, mostly only specials. If you're fighting Iceman your evade won't work at all during Coldsnap, or during Falcon's Lock-On, and some other character's abilities. Who were you fighting?

Who did you fight against? You may not be providing enough info. You do realize opponents may have certain abilities that can reduce your evade chances, right?

I know it is only special attacks, and when AI is online. I have used him for a while. It seems to be nearly everyone that i fight.

Hmmm .... that's weird, I played with my 4* R5/50 dupped starky regularly. He seems to evade regularly (not 100%, but frequent enough for me to notice) specials. I did take him against Iceman before (due to class advantage), and I did take him against Crossbone, dupped GP, Elektra, dupped Black Widows, AA, etc before as well, he still managed to evade a little, but I didn't do side by side comparison if my starky evade less due to ability reduction by AI. Of course, that's only me on my own experience. Not sure if any other factor come into play?

Just tried my 4* dupped R5/50 starky in 5* featured arena fighting a 6* dupped Luke Cage. So far I observed in my case that:-
1) My starky auto-evade LC's SP1
2) My starky auto-evade some of LC's Light and Medium attacks
