4* Rogue unduped and 4* Voodoo unduped: which one is better?

I know Voodoo duped is without a doubt a god-tier and better than Rogue, but im having him unduped and wont be able to awake him any soon. Im having t4bc only enough to take either Rogue or Voodoo to rank 4, which one should i take, because i think Rogue is a great champ too

    Was wondering which one should i rank 4 first, cuz i think Rogue unduped is as good or even better than Voodoo unduped.
