Buff to Hood

Can we please get a buff to Hood? His healing on stagger is utterly useless as is - stagger doesn't stack, which means you merely replace one stagger with another and don't get any healing benefit. It's way too easy to apply stagger and waiting until stagger expires before attacking again is ridiculous and completely destroys one's momentum in a fight.

Can this PLEASE be reviewed? Obviously the ideal would be to have every new application of stagger cause the old one to expire and thus grant the healing, or even have stagger stack so it will eventually expire rather than just constantly refreshing. You can even lower the amount of healing slightly as this would grant more healing - but as it currently is, Hood heal on stagger expire is a joke.

stagger is not meant for the sole purpose of healing, its just an added bonus. That is not how hood is supposed to be used, and he already has a million other utilities going for him (hex, stun immune, bleed, invisibility, stun, shock, power steal). use x-23 or wolvie if you want healing

Yeah Hood isn't meant to be a regen champ, it's just an added bonus. That's like asking magik to heal even if she doesn't get hit during limbo.

Why would you wait for your stagger to expire before hitting again?

It's a bonus which is utterly useless given it's current application, which is what I'm saying. They could remove it and Hood would honestly be no worse off. Because Stagger's application and wording condition for the heal don't actually make it a plausible thing. I'm not suggesting turning him into Wolverine, I'm suggesting making the stagger heal something that's actually able to be utilized. Lower the proc rate of stagger if you want...or lower the healing percentage and treat each new application of stagger as 'expiring' the one before it.

No... no it isn't. I'm asking for it to be utilized in a way which is actually feasible and makes it useful. Imagine for example... Magick's limbo would proc as frequently as stagger. You'd never obtain healing utilization from it because it would never expire. Kind of making the healing aspect of Limbo pointless.

You wouldn't. That's the point, which means you're going to apply another stagger, the previous one wont expire and you don't obtain any healing. Actually trying to obtain healing from stagger is useless and ruins the flow of combat. It's pretty useless under it's current application. They could remove it and Hood would pretty much not change at all - instead I'm asking for them to simply review how it's utilized so it's actually useful and feasible.

His syphon from the stagger also procs when the stagger removes a buff, so if you are facing someone who has a ton of buffs like Angela, you can actually regen quite a bit. But like many other people said above, he is not meant to be a regen champ. Its just an added bonus.
