She doesn't even need to be awakened. Just get to her sp2 quickly (u need to have at least 2 souls) so you can place the spectre on wolvie. Then you will want to hit him as much as possible to trigger regens. Make sure you don't have despair, because it will reduce healing. Mystic dispersion and Morningstar synergy help immensely with building to sp2.

So does more than 2 souls work out too?

Yes, lets say you use the morningstar synergy (makes guillys souls last longer), so when you get to sp2 you have 3 souls. Using the sp2 subtracts 2 souls, so guilly have 1 soul left, and spectre will place on wolvie. For every 6% health he loses, guilly gains a soul.

So how do i increase souls?

You gain one soul every time the AI loses 6% health.

It's important to know that once you pass a threshold and the AI regens, you don't get more souls for doing that additional damage. For example, the AI starts with 100%, so when they drop to 94% health she will gain 1 soul. If the AI regens back up to 98%, you will have to get to 88% health to get the next soul.

In order to get credit for the health lost through her heal reversal, you have to be aggressive and still hit the AI. Simply standing there while Wolvie bleeds to death won't grant you souls.
