@kabam Ahab this just isn't true. I know people who have had champs restored to their accounts. You are able to do it.
They can't on the Forum. In some cases, Support can, but they're only able to restore up to 5 Champs at Base Level.
If that’s the case then why shouldn’t a mod explain it? When a kabam representative says “we cannnot do this”. It implies it is not possible, since the “we” is read as meaning an employee of kabam. However, what should have been said is “we cannot do this on the forum, contact support”, in which case the “we” is meant as a member of the forum team.
The answer Ahab gave has a finality that it simply isn’t possible no matter what, whereas in reality it is. That is misleading.
