Ridiculous drop rates on daily quests

I complete the daily quests almost every day and the drop rates for catalysts have become ridiculous. I used to get at least one catalyst for 100% but now I only receive shards. It can take weeks to build up just a few of a specific type of catalysts. Should get at least 1 full catalyst plus shards for 100%
