Unable to open game.

For the past 2 months I have had issues in opening the game. This has been happening since the previous update. The game would eventually work fine but since the last update happened, I am unable to play the game properly. The issue mainly occurs whenever I am trying to move in a quest or open a crystal. I have closed and reopened the game and the problem still persists. Sometimes I am able to get on for around 10 minutes before the game shows connection issues. I know few others who also have this problem. Please fix this ASAP.
