Kabam,
Why not create a feature to replay a duels match when the fight ends. This would reduce time to go back and type in a players name.
Unrelated to the item above, remove the help option for champs to be refreshed for arenas and only have that option for help for questing. You could adjust the monthly rewards for some of the BCs and make the questing help request more valuable.
