How to get Awakening gem and how to dupe a 4* champ?

I'm at Level 35 and I still don't have a single 4* duped champion. I have seen few players below level 35 have duped 4* champs.How to get awakening gems?

    Or you can be insanely lucky and get a duplicate 4*. Other than that, can't help you out, I have trouble duping my 4*s myself.

    Explore Chdwick’s and Tom’s challenge and you can get awakening gem. Sadly, challenge is too hard for me

    You dont have to be lucky. When you start to have enough 4*s you'll eventually start getting dupes :/

    Just keep playing my friend. After so long, you get very few new Champs. Pretty much all I get are Dups. Pulled MODOK from PHC last week, that was my last new one. It just takes time.
