Black Screen after Power Off

Recently I've dealt with a rather annoying bug in the game. I play on an Android device and everytime that my phone is shut off and then powered on, attempting to open the game results in a black screen. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, force stopping etc. but the only real fix is reinstallation which of course means having to download the game data pretty much every single day. I'm writing this after my phone just died and after turning it back on, to no surprise the same thing happened. If anyone has encountered this issue and maybe even has a fix please let me know.
