Recruiting/Looking to merge - Core is strong, but we need depth

We have a mix of members: young, mature (older, haha), new, experienced. We are very supportive and understand that there has to be a balance between gaming and real life.
Our top 6 members are strong (5400+ prestige) and our developing members are moving along. We are very supportive. We are looking for 3-4 active members who have a life outside the game, but also log on frequently enough to support the goals of the alliance.
Goal: Regular AQ 4-5 as well as AW at 5-8.
Requirements are pretty basic:
1. Minimum of 5 x 4* champs at r4
2. If you join an AQ or AW, you must finish it.
3. Be friendly and supportive with the rest of our group.
