6 Hours Later and Still No Basic Arena Rewards??

Okay Kabam WTF, I spent my time and units over the past 3 days grinding out 6.3 million points in the Mordo arena, I definitely got him seeing as others in my alliance got him with as little as 5.1 million points, and yet, 6 hours later, not only have I not gotten my Mordo, I haven't gotten ANY rewards whatsoever! What's going on Kabam?? Everyone else receives there rewards hours ago!
