Exiles looking for a few replacements - 4mil NA based Alliance - 44333, SA weekly - looking for 3

We are a newer alliance that is looking for 3 Active NA based players. The Exiles started as part of a post AW season shuffle. Under our old alliance we finished the AW season in silver 2 but an mia leader caused us to break away and start a new alliance. We are currently full but are looking to replace 3 of our current members due to low activity levels.
Our Goals:
- To grow and have fun in an active alliance without bs or drama
- AW: Gold or higher in the upcoming AW season
- AQ: 44333 or better depending on new members capabilities
We are looking for:
- Active players
- 150k+ Rating (4k average top 5 min.)
- LINE for communication is a must
- Confident in completing AQ map 4 min.
- We have boss killers but could always use more
