Gold and rewards

I don't know about anyone else,but I love this game,but the opportunity to obtain gold,as well as the rewards in quests need to be upgraded,as well as the ability to obtain awakening gems and duplicates.... I've been at this game for at least a couple years,and it's depressing to not have a whole lot of progression...and can we please get more rank down tickets? Just saying, Kabaam help! Or at least listen
