Guilly Bugged [Not A Bug]

Her SP2 heal reversal just doesn't appear after landing a sp2. Very frustrating considering I'm up against ROL Wolverine. Anyone else experiencing this?

Before spitting "bugged bugged omg", read her description.
You must have at least 2 souls to consume to place the Heal Reversal, and since they expire after 10 seconds each, you have to reach and use L2 fast enough against Wolverine RoL (you can't gain souls against him before you use L2, since his massive hp pool). If you use L2 with less than 2 souls, it just doesn't apply the debuff, but it's not bugged.

You need 2 souls for it to activate. If you don't have 2 souls when you use it, it won't be there. Not a bug, just you not able to take enough life of off RoL champs to get new souls (which is normal) so they run out (10 seconds on each soul). Since you start with 4 souls, you have 20 seconds to get enough power to do (and land!) your special 2. Pretty hard to do and some luck is involved, because once you land it, Wolvie needs to have/get enough regens to kill himself and give you souls that way.

Sorry to correct you, but you have 30 seconds. 0-10, 4 souls. 10-20, 3 souls; between 20 and 30 seconds, you have 2 souls left.Mystic dispersion might help people not fast enough to reach 2 bars before that
