You're right...it's 40% base ability reduction with Blade (I thought it was 45% without looking).

Stark Spidey adds +45% to the potency of Danger sense. I'm not sure if that makes it:

40% + 45% = 85%
or
40% * 1.45 = 58%

I'd have to test it to be sure. Can anyone confirm? Kabam gets a little funny with math sometimes.

Believe kabam stated potency is multiplicative and not additive

If dorm is not stun immune quake can completely avoid his degeneration by using her heavy and parrying/blocking. Works great in AW, including power gain nodes - he won’t gain any power either if you can use this technique well.

Thanks for the math clarification.

And @Luke2323 is correct. Quake is another solid counter that I forgot. She's a science champ that has no natural buffs and has a unique ability to damage the enemy without generating power.
