I think he means that in a premium hero crystal. 2* 3* and 4* champs should all have the same % chance to drop. Rather than 2* being much higher than 3* and 3* being higher than 4*s.

Maybe, but it a 4* drop shouldn't occur as often as a blue moon either.

Yeah it would definitely be awkward, but I suppose you could compromise by going 35, 35, 30 or something. Either way, don’t think it would be a good idea to have them equal. Just imagine the impact that would have on newer players especially. They’d be overwhelmed with 4*s far too early and unable to rank anything. For those with a lot of 4*s already that’s a pretty major increase in 5* shards as well. Progression in this game is supposed to be slow and steady, this would shake things up a bit too much.
