Why did you take the t4c fragments out of the unit store?

If you mean the "Featured Item Sale" ones in the Store then that was a limited run. You can still get fragments in the Glory part of the Store.
I bought the first 2 of each T4 Frags (that was a decent deal actually... past that it isn't worth it unless you are super close and don't mind paying extra to rank then and there).
Well you will just have to watch the Glory store and either take a chance on the 500 Glory crystal (gives 3,600 frags of a random class) or wait until they sell the class specific 1,800 Frags for 350 Glory. Today is Tech (yesterday was Science and the day before was Mutant... so got to wait for it to come around again and even then you can only buy 1,600 Frags a week of each type this way).
The GREAT NEWS for you and me is the new Infinity Event thing is going to have a store like the Valor store and will sell T4Class Cat Crystals, this is what I will be spending most my Infinity Dust on (as I too need T4C Frags/Cats since I have hit a wall in terms of skill so now i need to get higher ranked/stronger champs so I can become uncollected, I have one Rank 5 4* and that is it... once i Rank 3 my 5* Luke Cage and 5* Iceman I "should" be able to do a lot more in terms of harder content).
