Hanging and slow loading

Hello every one is any one notice problem during fight specially in AQ as special event quests and as well as in arenas when number of win streaks reached more than touch start to hang and graphics start to crush and game play become like slow action.
I even changed my gadget but even same problem some time I feel this all is done by developer to keep you in trouble and forcing you to buy items from store by paying money
