Missing final chaos calendar crystals

’m missing my final 1k chaos calendar crystals. I log on everyday and never miss a day and did not receive the final 1k crystals when I logged in yesterday. I noticed that other players have been affected by this issue too - there’s a thread on reddit. Please help!!!

    I am also missing the final 1k in shards.

    same here.. Did not get my quota of final 1000 shards

    Well at least I’m not the only one with this issue, I contacted support and all they could tell me is “we are working on the issue” well I just hope they get it figured out before the event ends!
