What's up with 5* help in Arena?

What is wrong with the "help" of 5*s in Arena? I used my 5* champs for T4B 3 hours ago and I have been prompted to "ask for help" on them THREE times now. Clearly this is broken. I want to be constructive and not just complain, but this has been going on for a long time. I propose that Kabam simply eliminates the option to "ask for help". Who doesn't want the help? So simply send them to help. That would save us all a step and time.
