Can’t seem to parry with bishop

Hi all, I’m just a bit curious here as I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just my issue that I can parry easily with other champs but when I use bishop he seems really slow in blocking and I parry much lesser than when I use other champs. Would like to know your opinions thanks
