Where are those bugged rewards ?

When i finished master quest i didnt wait for the rewards to pop one by one i hit a button once and it shows the rewards quicker and then hit the back button again and you leave the quest .. but when you do that and you are getting fragments for certain catalysts that are about to be completed, they are displayed as double rewards !
P.S. this occur also in daily catalyst quest the t1 t2 and t3 catalysts !
